Restorative & Transformative Circle Practices-Train staff in circle practices to address harm and incorporate restorative practices in workplace. Facilitate restorative conversations when harm or breakdown in trust, communication, or community is being experienced.
Trauma Transformed Organization-Understanding, Responding, and Resisting organizational trauma. Creating safe and collaborative responses to address low morale, burnout, and breakdown in communication and trust.
Leadership Consultation-Provide individual coaching to leaders looking to implement Wellness Practices in workplace.
Racial Equity, Inclusiveness & Belonging-Creating and committing to racial justice work by engaging in crucial and necessary dialogue. Developing frameworks and tools necessary to move organization's commitment to anti-racism and anti-oppressive work forward.
